We will provide all safety gear however, we do ask that you please bring comfortable weather appropriate clothing and covered footwear.
ie - If it is wet, please bring a rainjacket.
If it is sunny, feel free to bring a cap/hat.
Please wear covered footwear.
Will be operate if its raining?
Ziplining is a great experience, rain or shine. So we’ll go ahead even if it is raining, please dress appropiately.
What if it is too windy?
If the wind gets above 30 knots, we may have to cancel the tour for safety’s sake.
If this happens, you’ll have the option to change the time and/or date of your tour, or get a full refund.
Please allow 2.5 hours for your trip
Yes, we have a maximum weight limit of 130kg. Unfortunately, if you are over this weight, we are unable to take you.
We do have scales at base if you need to check discreetly.
Rotorua Ziplines reserves the right to cancel or amend a trip due to weather or unforeseen circumstances at any stage.
In this case, clients are given an option to rebook or receive a full refund.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Rotorua Ziplines.
We like to keep groups small, noone likes to wait. There is a maximum of 10 people per tour, with 2 guides.

Absolutely, we recommend it! Its soo beautiful out there. However, you do take these out on the course at your own risk.
We do have a limited number of lanyards that keep these attached to you.
